Nancy Ngecu
Bringing her vast experience in human resource management to Spring Personnel Limited, Nancy aims to bring together great people to work towards a common mission. Prior to founding Spring Personnel Limited, she worked at notable firms and companies such as Pathway International, Armada Human Capital, UN-Habitat – among others. Nancy got her Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a Bachelors of Science Degree in International Business Administration (Finance Option) from the United States International University (USIU). She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at USIU.
When not engaging with the nitty gritty details of work, Nancy can be found socializing with friends and family. She also enjoys playing golf, committed to self-development and development of others.
Simon Karo
Simon is a co-founder, director and the current Group CEO of Pathway International, a leading medical travel company in Africa, which focuses on connecting patients with the best hospitals and doctors worldwide. He is heavily involved in strategy development, leadership development, and human resource development. Prior experience includes notable companies such as Abercrombie and Kent Global Health, Lincoln Consulting, and AMREF international – among others. As a partner in Spring Personnel Limited, he is well-placed to advise on key components of the company.
Simon has an MBA in Strategic Management from USIU where he graduated at the top of his class. He also has an International Business Administration degree (concentration in Management). He graduated as the top student (Summa Cum Laude). He also obtained his Associate Degree in Science from the University of Kentucky (USA).
